Position Title: Project Support Coordinator

Department: Contract Compliance and Risk Management

Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Contract Compliance/Risk Manager and project managers.  Performs standard administrative functions to ensure the efficient implementation of each project.

Essential Functions:

  • Transcribe meeting minutes.
  • Handle all project support duties including, but not limited to, faxes, distributing e-mails, answer phones, and assist in scheduling and coordination meetings.
  • Assist all personnel as needed and when available providing project support. Work with team to create submittal task checklist from Government Deliverables.
  • Assist all personnel with obtaining documents for submittals.
  • Ensure all submittal documents are properly included. Format all submittal documents.
  • Create submittal file folders for electronic combination.
  • Oversee printing of all documents and ensure accuracy.
  • Combining all electronic binders prior to submittal.

Additional Job Related Duties:

  • Comply with federal and state vehicle law, regulations, and all Company rules.
  • Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Recognize and understand that each contract is different and responsibilities vary.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the project support or similar field preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) preferred.

 

 

Position Title: Medical Equipment Planner

Department: Project Management

Position Summary:

Responsible for generating and coordinating the medical equipment space plan verifying placement and connections are accurate and will function properly.

Essential Functions:

  • Utilize AutoCAD program to generate the medical space according to the contractual requirements.
    • Perform a drawing review pertinent to the contract.
    • Participate in user group meetings with Project Manager as required. Conduct inventory of all medical equipment per contractual requirements.
    • Quality check drawings against Room x Room Lists before submittals.
    • Utilize ProjNet to submit responses to Project Manager for projects and creating the master spreadsheet.
    • Coordinate medical space plan with architectural plans.
    • Validate client's goals and requirements of the project.
    • Validate medical equipment specifications.
    • Review medical space plan documents and update or create additional or revised as needed.
    • Validate Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) package as applicable.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the space planning in the health care field.
  • Knowledge and experience in government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) preferred.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Must possess strong Excel and AutoCad skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Additional training, certifications and/or education may be required to meet contractual requirements.

 

 

Position Title: Interior Designer

Department: Project Management

Position Summary:

Responsible for the interior design including structural finishes, space lay out and specifications for furniture, fixtures and equipment.

Essential Functions:

  • Obtain vendor commodity information to create Furniture Illustration/Cut Sheets and Data Sheets as required.
  • Organize and provide commodities and design related documentation for submittal binders.
  • Review initial vendor commodities bid quotes and update as project evolves.
  • Obtain fabric and finish samples for specified commodities and create color boards.
  • Utilize AutoCAD program to plan the space according to the contractual requirements.
  • Utilize Master Management Tool to plan space according to the contract.
  • Quality check drawings against Room x Room Lists before submittals.
  • Coordinate interior design with architectural plans.
  • Determine client's goals and requirements of the project.
  • Obtain furniture/fixture, clinical case goods, artwork and signage specifications and pricing documentation
  • Review space plan documents and update or create additional or revised as needed
  • Generate and/or validate Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) package

Additional Job Related Duties:

  • Work with end user and Project Manager to obtain furniture/fixture, clinical case goods, art, and signage pricing documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide relevant project design related information.
  • Update and maintain all interior design related information and documentation Create Design Narrative analysis to explain approach to project.
  • Create Vendor Information Sheets for accounting.
  • Create and submit purchase order documents to accounting.
  • Comply with federal and state vehicle law, regulations, and all Company rules.
  • Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Recognize and understand that each contract is different and responsibilities vary.
  • Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor in Interior Design or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in AutoCad and Autodesk Revit required.
  • Additional training, certifications and/or education may be required to meet contractual requirements.
