 With thirty years of comprehensive business management experience and with 24 years as a Woman Owned, Small Business entrepreneur, Stephanie  Royal is committed to the highest standards of conduct and performance and possesses in-depth knowledge of GSA contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations. Specializing in government and military facilities, her capabilities include exceeding customer expectations throughout all project phases and tasks from project inception through completion, and extend to project management, design studio operations, and facilitating high level collaboration within multi-disciplinary project teams.

Tim Barnes, Vice President of Initial Outfitting


 A recognized leader with over 35 years of medical experience; Tim specifically has 29 years of proven ability to manage multiple medical and dental construction projects and equipment programs for the military on-time and within the prescribed budget. He brings demonstrated experience as a Project Manager for 21 hospital and medical/dental replacement/renovation projects both inside and outside the United States with a combined value of over $555M. He was responsible for all aspects of project development from the initial concept through final design reviews; requirement identification for acquisition, outfitting, relocation/transition, and training; and final budget determination for the operational and maintenance requirements. He has spearheaded many healthcare requirement reviews with architectural and engineering firms and numerous private and public sector agencies to determine the medical and dental facility needs supporting healthcare delivery within the Department of Defense. His 20 plus years of broad IO expertise includes: facility master planning and supply chain management, finance, medical equipment/FF&E acquisition, installation, training and certification, senior project management and construction oversight for acute, inpatient and outpatient military medical facilities. With 35 years of service he retired as a Captain in the US Navy. 

David Bailey, Vice President of Operations


 With 30 years of experience providing engineering, program and project management, planning, construction, medical outfitting/transition, and technical services, David Bailey is a exceptional benefit to our team. His experience includes 8 years of managing, outfitting, and transition planning for more than 3 million sq ft of medical facilities both nationally and internationally with the United States Army, Air Force, Veteran’s Administration, and university systems. The knowledge and experience gained during 14 years of working with Federal and DoD Acquisition processes, brings a deep understanding and allows a familiarity with government acquisition processes. David is a retired Army Engineer, Lieutenant Colonel. David has a BS in Mathematics from the United States Military Academy and MSc in Applied Mathematics and in Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a registered professional engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. As the Director of Operations, David is responsible for the day to day operations of all Workplace Solutions business lines.
