WSi Interior Designers work with the client's team and the design team from initial bid to award and throughout the design and review phases. They also assist with procurement and installation of the furniture. This task includes furniture/finish research, selection, code compliance, specification and contract documentation.
Janet has thirty years of healthcare design experience in both military and non-military hospitals. She is an NCIDQ certified Interior Designer, a founding member of the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers, and she has credentials for both evidence-based design (EDAC) and sustainability.(LEED AP). She has considerable knowledge regarding DoD Medical Healthcare “Best Practices” which she has shared many times as a conference speaker at multiple venues. She has been a Best of NeoCon judge with a focus on healthcare products for many years. The healthcare built environment can be a powerful tool in the healing process, and Janet is excited to be part of that endeavor

WSi Medical Equipment Planners (MEP) are responsible for all aspects of new and assigned reuse medical equipment. This includes managing the purchase, installation/ de-installation, certification or acceptance, functionality and even the disposal of medical equipment.
DStew has more than 30 years of experience as a medical equipment planner and biomedical equipment technician, including more than with more than 20 years with federal government working for the US Navy and the Veteran Health Administration and another 10 years as a medical equipment planner in the private sector. His focus on planning to support initial outfitting and transition to support new construction and facility renovations from medical centers to clinic allow him to bring a wealth of knowledge and lessons learned to every project.

Gene has an additional 20 years of experience in a Federal Healthcare setting providing healthcare equipment planning and maintenance, including managing biomedical equipment programs, planning, design, and procurement of medical equipment for various healthcare facilities.
